Ann = Awesome

Sometimes you find an old comic that you want, but the kid who used to own it wrote on the cover, and it kind of sucks.

But sometimes it's kind of awesome.

...still, you should probably hunt her down and smack her up for writing on your soon-to-be comic.

"You weren't even born when I did it!" isn't really a valid excuse.

i have this queen record that has "i love freddy mercury forever" and "michelle mercury" written all over it, with hearts around any picture of his face or any mention of his name.

i can't help but wonder what the discovery of his sexuality did to her little grade-school heart.

That's the best thing ever. Hooray for Ann - boo to you if you're snapping up all of the Phantom Stranger comics in advance.

Hi! I have been reading your blog since the MJ staute fame hit, but haven't posted until now. I, um, sort of tagged you in a meme. It’s at the end of the post.

Sorry for the threadjack.

You know... Ann is just as good of a name for the Phantom Stranger as anything else.

Like Walaka, I'm new to your blog, but unlike Walaka, what brought me here is an interest in seeing more black people in comics. Nor did I tag you in a meme. That just sounds rude ;).

And hey, we Atlantic Canadians have to stick together.

Siskoid - it sounds a little dirty, but it's harmless.

When ever I see an old comic with writing on it, I think of it as a "cottage comic".

I think every cottage in the world should have a stack of old Brave and the Bold issues stocked.

Hey...I did have a Brave and the Bold at the cabin, now that I think of it...
